Been there 2 times. Both times at the Skadelegevakten. First time was a 5 star, greeted by nice staff, who were polite and ready to help. The next visit, today, I got greeted at first by a nice lady, but after I had waited for my place in the Q, the man/nurse/doctor that sat behind the glass was so rude. Didn't look me in the eyes once while he asked me questions about why I was there. I tried to be efficient because I understood that it was busy, but I didn't deserve that reaction or rudeness, and it was not like I had no reason to be there. Have a broken arm, already in a cast and was asking if they could help taking it off and check if everything was alright.
The staff, no matter what, especially in a institution as this, should treat everyone with respect. No matter what.
