Fast appointment times within a week. In house referral happened also within a week. Very pleased.

Appalling organisation. Waited 40 mins first day. They forgot about me. Second day waited 10 mins for reception to stop chatting with someone. They sent me to the wrong place. I had to come back again and wait. They also shut the phone down for TWO hours for lunch. Reception should do their job - not the job of nurses. Dreadful place. Should be shut down
