It's waiting for someone to come and take it on rent. It has good architecture but no shops so far.

Nice building with a lot of eateries and offices. Is spacious and glad they provided space for restaurants to have outdoor sitting areas.

Beautifully built mall but the surprising thing is that no shops have opened up inside of it except for a Burning Brownie outlet.
