This hotel is not that much good the rooms are not neat and clean in some corners u will find some dust in the rooms and the menu is too costly. it is only formality. But it's service is 🙂

I definitely give this hotel 0 stars. We (I'm writing on behalf of 2 other people as well) saw a number of problems that break safety violations and we had a number of problems when we received our room last week in Lahore
1. We saw a man dangling from his window when we arrived to the hotel. From my past experiences of hotels, that shouldn't even be happening.
2. As far as I'm aware of in Pakistan there should always be more than 1 security guard on duty at a hotel especially during the evening. When we arrived we only saw 1 security guard on duty and this was at 1 am.
3. When we entered our room, we were shocked about what we saw! Dirty bed sheets and a disgusting couch which had god knows what on it and pen marks a child must've made on it before. The bathroom was horrendous, i found a insect in the sink and the bathtub was about to collapse, and the toilet wouldn't flush properly.
4. There was 2 windows and were painted on but you can easily slide one of them and its a crawl space to the outside. Even from the outside you can easily slide it and come inside. And also the lights went out for a good 2-3 mins and anything could've happened during that time, someone could've came through the window. The light should NEVER go out in a hotel. Or in this case a really bad hotel.
And the list goes on and on.
This was my first night in Lahore and we were greeted by a horrible hotel.
We only stayed in the hotel for about 2 hours then we checked out then went somewhere better.

There is no other place like heaven in the earth regarding this hotel so please stay at Rose Palace n feel awesome hospitality in cheep rates, special cleanness and staff responsibility as well as security of the hotel .
The food service is very good and reliable. This service is too fast. Rooms are beautiful and well furniture.
This is the go-to hotel when staying in Lahore. The hotel is excellent and staff are very friendly. The standard of breakfast and service is 5 star. It's central location in Lahore makes it very easy to commute to other areas of the city. The rooms are big, with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are decent size with a jacuzzi and walk-in rain shower. The steam room, sauna, gym and the swimming pool are all well maintained and are very relaxing. The lobby of the hotel is chic and modern. You can see flowers everywhere which was refreshing. I recommend this hotel.
