Strong smell of mold present in rooms/HVAC.
Rooms were not clean in their entirety.
Staff does not understand the sense of urgency if they are being told to make things happen immediately.
Called up room service at 4am to arrange a quike bite since we just reached the hotel, we were told to sleep on an empty stomach.
There are other and many optins available in the city of Lahore which are much better in the same price range.

I am using this hotel since last 5 years , Use to be nice hotel, But ever since the sudden death of the owner the quality and atmosphere of the hotel is deteriorating day by day . I personally feel that the management running the affairs are either not experienced or not honest with their duties. Very recently experienced , over charging in bills in contrary offered by there marketing department. The hotel needs improvement in every department to attract customers and to compete with other hotels of similar standing . I wish good luck to the owner/management of the hotel.
