Service is reasonable. While room is very small if we compare their rates its very high according to their ambiance.

Comfortable hotel with nice restaurant at down floor. Need to pay 1000 tupee for using gym.

We stayed 4 nights here. For the price this hotel is adequate. It's a nice building in a side street off Mall Road, a fairly quiet area. The location is great. The lobby is very small but functional and the rooms are of good quality. The bed linen and decor is of decent quality. There is free wifi when it works. The mini bar had drinks and was very cold with reasonable prices.
The negative aspects are that the service needs to improve, it often takes a few calls to housekeeping to get something as basic as toilet paper. The bathroom is clean if a little dated and nearly every morning we awoke to an extremely bad smell coming from the bathroom drains. Despite numerous complaints we were told not to use the extractor fan and someone from housekeeping came along with an air freshener. There is no parking facilities except on the street outside although there are guards outside 24 hours. I'm not too sure about security either as the metal detector didn't work at the entrance.
The tv had cable but most of the channels did not have a good quality picture. They were also rudely and often asking our check out date and time as if they were keen to get the next customers in. All in all not too bad if you want the basic services but I will be looking elsewhere next time I'm in Lahore.
