Pakistan's most corrupt organization, it surpassed the infamous Police Department. Maybe there are some few good officers here but majority is openly and shamelessly corrupt and abusive in customer dealing. The only reason is they know electricity is their monopoly.

Nice club but converted into an office, typical government office laced with employees who go for a lunch+ Namaz break for 3 hrs. Full of corruption.
