Worst experience in Services but outclass in taste. I believe management needs to be improved a bit likewise there taste. Until now, you can not expect anything decent and elegant services but Food quality. My rating for each part of there services as below.
Food quality: 9/10
Service: 6/10
Cost: 7/10
Environment: 4/10 (outdoor environment)
Environment: 8/10 (open air environment, roof)
Order serving speed: 6/10 (details below)
Some orders take more than 45 minutes for delivery, and some delivered in 5 minutes. Out of 15 times I suffer late delivery in 10/15 and some of the deliveries exceeded 45 minutes for serving.
Services is worst, the manpower is not that good in listening to the requirements, half patience like a local chaye wala. Treat you like cows. Don't listen in much details about your requirement, worst experience with 70% times in my order listening skills. Most of the times they even don't prefer to ask and decide at there own subtitude if 1 is not available. Extreme bad experience in this regard.
On top of everything else, Food quality is awesome always but I had suffered issue with burgers. The burger buns 2/3 times were not fresh. Rest else taste and everything in material, look and all related to your taste is 10/10. Other items in BarbQ and restaurant dishes were all delicious including dunba karhai and so.

They have a very poor queue management system. I suggest they should improve and adopt technology.
