PkShip is really doing good job in Pakistan. Due to PkShip we have an access to almost all USA brands and PkShip delivers our orders at unbelievable speed. A lot of my friends use their service and we are 100% satisfied with their service.
The expensive pricing is not an issue due to PkShip it is due to lack of understanding of customers of the import taxes structure. Customs authorities apply so much tax that there is nothing that PkShip can do to avoid these taxes.
Bottom line is that they have excellent customer service, step-by-step SMS to track your parcel and also they reply within minutes whether it is email or chat at Facebook.
Keep up good work PkShip Team!

I was actually excited about this. Having lived in US for some years I know what kind of price differences existed and to be able to get them in Pakistan without waiting for a friend coming over is great idea. But unfortunetly this is a Desi company with a capital D.
Issues:
1)The prices they quote are actually just made up and they keep changing thier reasoning when pressed. I am attaching sheet with weights that are calculated by me when recieved and what they charge. They would not give me this sheet till I started pushing them after seeing a bill of $500 to ship $150 products. Weights are over inflated even when dimensions are added to them
2) They have VERY slow service. Part of the reason seem to be that they third party thier services or just have no clue whats happening. If everything goes as per plan, you get them in 8 days min. Thier responses are cut and paste from thier website and they seem to lack knowledge of the calculations (which indicates again, that quotes are manually done , not transparently done). It will be better if they give us the actual quote and thier commission seperately. From my calculation, on my shipment they made almost $175 pure net after taking into account shipping and duties/ST etc.
3) They say one thing on thier web but do another. On thier website as of 7th Jan, it says that they ship consolidated to save you $$. But in reality they ship as and when the packages arrive leaving you with multiple small shipments which adds cost. They also claim Cash on delivery, but thye held my shipment hostage and told me to pay up ASAP in a bank or they will not deliver. I had to go to bank and make payments before they agreed to ship
4) The company has the attidude of a 10 year old. I heard this from the CEO, "if you dont like us then why did you ship from us?" This is when I complained. So if you have issues you are kind of in a box with your shipment held hostage and dealing with some great Pakistani style Saith saab.
Overall the concept is great but after paying MORE than what I could have bought the items in Pakistan I have to say, its not worth it unless you are buying something NOT available in Pakistan. Keep in mind I bought my items in US on Black Friday Sale which is dirt cheap, but add the PKShip markup, you end up same or more.
One more thing is that you have no warranty on electronics (one of the had drives I bought failed so I am stuck as its has a USA warranty) so you may want to pay here to get warranty.
The numbers I am positing are real and the cost are real, if you really have to use them then ask for a quote and ask them again "Is this the TOTAL value I will pay including Duty, Sales tax, ANY tax or commission etc. I will NOT pay more". They seem to answer literlly (if you ask what is the duty, they will tell you the duty without telling you the 20% Sales tax etc).

I live in Los Angeles . Horrible service! They do not deserve even a single star but i can not post without giving atleast 1. They have no communication skills let alone skills for customer service. Could not get these people to give me a quote, Replies came back after 24hours. When they finally replied they quoted me USD $ 350.00 to deliver merchandise that cost USD $50.00 How is this cheap or convenient?? AMAZON sent UPS for a free pickup and return these people did not return my merchandise from there USA facility. DO NOT TRUST PKSHIP horrible service . There seem to be NO INTER-COMPANY communication as each person sending me different information. They still have my merchandise and have failed to give it to UPS.
