I've been to many TGIFs in the US and in about 8 other countries. I'd have to say this is about average for TGIF. I sat at the bar, so service was quick. The food was about the same as other TGIFs around the globe. The prices converted in to USD is about the same as the US also. But, this place seemed to be lacking in character compared to other places. But I think this is because this restaurant is very big and open. The walls have the tacky TGIF stuff, but since it is big and open you will not see the tacky stuff well if you sit in the middle.
