Really friendly yoga studio - I don't speak Spanish and they were really helpful - calling a taxi for me after the class and translating some of the instructions into English during the class. The first class is free and so was the mat which was a nice surprise! I did the 'detox express' which was gentle and a nice stretch and also the 'hot vinyasa' which was very challenging! It's very hot and has infra red heating (which is supposed to be better) the cold flannel on the forehead at the end of class is a nice touch. Will definitely try and come back soon.
