Good place to get a workout. Their boxing ring was wide, and the flooring had a durable cover that made for good boxing footwork drills. Got 4 good rounds of padwork from their boxing trainer. Their shower and resrt room could use some serious cleaning though.

its not fair t they're charging 200 per visit yoga when they don't even have yoga mat to let the customers borrow. Jui-jitsu is not 5times a week here. For 2500 a month and 200 walk in you will be able to train with this friendly community.
