Called and asked for a taxi. I told the lady operator to specifically tell the driver to pick up at (name of street). Unsurprisingly, the driver never came. I wonder why....probably because she did not tell the driver the street name.

Fast and good service, problem only is that some of their units are old and weak aircon.
