If you want to get in touch with them, it would be best to call via their mobile number. The people here are rude. I had such a bad experience. I recommend going to other branches like the one in Powerplant, they answer right away and are always ready to assist.

Despite other reviews here, I didn't experience any communication problems. Their service was very good and the nurses were very detailed in their explanation on how to perform my occult blood test. Also got my blood and stool results on time, too.

It takes forever to be connected just be hangged up on once transferred to laboratory inquiry... very disappointing experience
