Worst customer care. Been calling your hospital 3 times and your operator is just hanging up my call. Teach her some proper etiquette on handling customer care.

I normally do not write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one. It was my first time to be in the hospital for something very serious - and I mean having a surgery. I can't quite put a finger on how I was exceptionally well cared for in this hospital. Most specially the OR people. I was in so much pain but from the minute I got to the OR of the hospital, my fears were alleviated. Everyone who took care of my me was very professional, caring, kind and patient and I would like to be specific because they deserve to be known. Nashep (Scrub Nurse), Emz (Midwife), Austin (Labor Room Nurse), Dra. Amurao (OB-GYNE) and Dr. Almaria (OB Junior Consultant). The competency of the team was awe inspiring, and I couldn't have been more lucky that you were the physician on duty when I came into the hospital that day. The fact that I am still here is a miracle. I know that you probably save a lot of lives in a given year, but I want to let you know that this life is forever grateful. Thank you so much!!!
