Service was generally good. Though, it would've been better if some discount can be extended to guests riding on vacation member's privilege, particularly in hotel resto. Thanks! :)

Breakfast is good! The whole place is clean... ambience is nice! People are very warm! In other words we enjoyed our stay!

I booked a room at this hotel through Agoda for about two weeks before our trip but I was surprised when they told me that they can't find my reservation. I waited for more than an hour in the lobby until they decided to upgrade our room from a Deluxe Center Room into a Two Bedroom Suite with Front- view balcony. The suite was really amazing except for the smell of the carpets. The view from the balcony is also good. Breakfast is excellent and so does the staff. Enough parking space is available.

Great place to stay and enjoy what the area has to offer for tourist. The food services is not too bad. Various options to choose from. Room are well kept & clean. Customers services personal are very friendly and willing to make sure that you are taking care of all the best way possible. Hard to locate access to the hotel. If you are not paying attention you will miss the entrance. Breakfast buffet is not to bad...

We had a meet up for a buffet lunch with my high school batch mates (batch '71)at the restaurant. The main dishes were kept warm and that is really good considering that the buffet starts at 10 am and closes at 2 pm. We had a lot of choices too at the dessert table which consists of fresh fruits, mini cakes and pastries. The salad bar is very good too having fresh greens and a selection of dressings to choose from. After a leisurely lunch we finished it off with their great coffee. Service was good with courteous staff, comfortable ambiance and yes it was all well worth the price of 450 pesos per person.
