Very accommodating and friendly staff! We got the basic Swedish massage. They know where to apply deep pressure, they even know some manipulation techniques being done by PTs and I was surprised!!! I have tried a lot of spas but this one exceeded our expectations! Their music is also very relaxing and I was surprised to music from eric satie and other composers!!! Must try when you're in Baguio!!

we booked 7:30pm got there 8pm coz of traffic.staff asked us to write on a form where your preferences about massage and health concerns only to find out that they didn't read it coz when the massage started she touched the part where i mentioned not too coz of a surgery i had. we were led upstairs to a small room where probably 6 beds are side by side only curtains as partitions. the swedish massage was not as expected. most of the staff were chatting or making side comments downstairs which for me was not polite being in a spa. my friends did not like the massage. one masseur did not rub her back to ease the tension. overall their massage was not relaxing and therapeutic. it even costs more than most of the spas in Baguio. the price was not worth it for P400. we tried it because the name itself sounded inviting. also the place was elevated inside a building so it was really cold. they should have a portable heater to balance the temperature inside since Baguio's weather is cool esp. at night. we got disappointed because elements of zen should give a feeling of relaxation but instead we felt that we still wanted a good massage even after the treatment. i hope that management improves this. they should also train their staff to be discreet to clients and be more professional. i wouldn't recommend this to family or friends or to anyone visiting Baguio.

I got papered and felt lovely after a wonderful massage. Cristina is a miracle worker. She did a cupping massage and I felt so relaxed after.
