Good for transient guests. Not expensive, rate included breakfast. Good WIFI connection.

Ample parking area. Not easily accessible, no good views around the vicinity.

Basic..aircon takes a long time to cool the room. Free breakfast though but better bring your water. Far from the city..tricycles charging 40 pesos going to SM
