It is a no frills hotel located at the main road going to the city if you are coming from Calapan sea port. Its not in the center of the city but very accessible to public transport. Rooms are very basic and clean. A little old but I commend them for keeping it clean. They also have attentive and accommodating staff. Food is good. It has a good coffee shop beside it that is open from 8 to 1 am. The wifi at the hotel keeps on getting cut so better go to the coffee shop if you need wifi service. The coffees there are good.
