There staff is accommodating, lets get that right. But there are lot of things I was dissappointed with.
1. The rooms are not as advertized.
2. Rooms are tight and small.
3. Incomplete amenities.
4. TV not functioning well.
5. Shower heater is out-dated.

I arrived at this hotel as paid guest. They required me to show them the card used. But unfortunately I used a paymaya virtual card. I have to pay again and wait for 3 weeks for refund. Advice due to horrible experience, Don't BOOK here! Using cards. Rooms are very narrow, cleanliness is 6/10, service 5/10. Parking good for 4-5 cars only! Be warned.

Nothing nice to say about this hotel except for the friendly staff. Smelly Room, small toilet, malfunction aircond and BAD LOCATION . Highly unrecomended.
