This branch of Gold's Gym is busy during the week, because of college boys. There are also parents of Ateneo students in the morning and before school dismissal time. It's less busy during the weekends.

Great location with reasonably-priced membership; however, maintenance of the equipment needs to be improved; there is also no separate space for stretching when group classes are going on.

I love this place, it has a KFC right across the street.When Im done with me workout,I just head over there and eat a ton of the Colonel's junk food and thus nullify any gains I made at the gym.This may seem counter-productive,but I don't care,they shouldn't have built it there.
