Tecson Tours and Travels is the biggest fraud and money minded travel agency in Philippines. They do not have any concern for the travelers safety or their vacation, they are only concerned about money. First of all, the package they provided was the most expensive compared to all the others packages we considered. In the end since we had less time, we had no other option, we went ahead with them. We had paid the complete package amount for the whole trip in advance, still, they tortured us by calling us everyday to pay extra money for the already included services. Their tour coordinator Sarah Dimapalis is very unprofessional and rude and used foul language and threatened to cancel our scheduled tour since we did not pay extra money. I do not recommend Tecson Tours for any tours or packages. Stay away from them.
