Perfect location, notwithstanding outdated rooms which need renovation. The staff are friendly and helpful. The Breakfast buffet is not bad with choices of filipino, western, and other asian dishes. For those who like to gamble... this is the perfect place to stay, as the casino is right inside the hotel. They have a duty free shop at the lobby as well. They have a nice pool although sometimes these get crowded with some local swim coaches bringing their kids for swim practice.

Great hotel. They have good breakfast, serving some Bisaya style and western ones. A fitness gym is best for starting the day plus a pool to enjoy with your family. Duty free shop is also at the ground floor. Though all is working well, I think they need to redesign their rooms. I can say this is not for budget travellers.

Am here on a business trip and I have not experienced stable internet connectivity in my room at all. The bathroom amenities are very basic (less than what I've experienced in other 4 star hotels in Cebu) and they don't even have an iron and ironing board in the room (unlike, again, other comparable hotels in the area). There are also just a couple of electrical outlets available, which in this modern day and age, is far too few. I'm not overly critical but I can't help compare the experience I've had with two other 4-star hotels in the area. Waterfront, you need to upgrade your service and check what your competition does and at least, mimic them.

I've stayed in Waterfront for quite a number of times since 2007. It's still okay but the rooms and furnitures are quite dated already. It lacks the modern appeal and vibe of other Cebu hotels.
I still love the lobby and their buffet breakfast is still a grand spread compared to other hotels I've stayed in. They have a wide range of food and some are even Keto-friendly.
Customer service is still excellent! Location is good and is in the city center.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and good service. There is a 24 hour gym which can be used by the hotel guests. The pool area is nice as well. Also there are multiple good restaurants (Chinese, Italian, etc.) inside the hotel. The breakfast buffet has a big varity and good quality as well. There is usually always a taxi available at the hotel without much if any waiting time.
