Pros:
* Staff are great - Rose was very helpful
* Delivery/shipping - very fast
* They replaced my item because I was not happy with it :)
Cons:
* Quality of the dress I ordered is not the same quality as the one I saw in the photo. I ordered SD-155586 Dress White and online description said it's cotton blend.. when the dress arrived, I was so disappointed as it is far from being a 'cotton-blend' fabric... they used super cheap fabric :(
* Sizing/measurement is not accurate
* The replacement blouse SD-541200 was ummmm okay i guess.. although on the product description it says "chiffon" but the actual fabric used is unfortunately not chiffon :( (and believe me, i know what cotton blend and chiffon looks/feels like).
So all-in-all I paid Php1,386.50 for a blouse that I might not even wear because of the fabric they used.
