The service is far more worst than any public hospital here in Metro Cebu. The nurses are just talking in the station, discussing with their personal stuff and even saying profanity words with loud voices they really are very unprofessional. I was fetched by my trainor to UC Med because I have a hard time walking due to my swelling left sole. After I was extracted for blood test at around 2 am the next staff or nurse to see me is about 6 hours later giving me instructions on how to process the bill I was so frustrated there was no medication being administered to alleviate the pain. The nurse did not even bother to ask how was my feet, how was the pain, am I able to stand and walk on my own. That was really a terrible experience. When I left at UC Med I saw a big statue of the Snr. Sto. Nino. I have asked myself "Ngano man nga ang mga kinaiya aning mga empleyado sa UC Med mura man ug wala makadawat sa husto nga panalangin gikan sa Balaan nga Bata?" "Mao kaha ni ang concreatong ehemplo sa tigpaka-aron ingnon?" "Maong wala mo tuhop sa ilaha ang panalangin sa kahitas-an."

Poor assessment by doctors and nurses! NO CRITICAL THINKING! Slow intervention and service. Worst hospital in Cebu!
Waste of time and money going to that hospital.
Don't be masked with the beauty of the infrastructure, because inside,people and services are horrible!Beware.

Ive been to many ER all over the philippines and UCmed has the worst ER service ive ever experienced. 1st class hospital with the worst class staff.

My aunt was admitted in a week because of an infection. She was on the 7th floor. Nurses were great and the services and facilities were world class. The environment is conducive fir healing patuents as well.
