A hotel wherein you truly feel the Unique Cebuano Royalty Experience. Value for money due to inclusions like buffet breakfast and fast internet! Plus the wonderful, professional service from all staff.

Arrived at the front desk of hotel 3 weeks ago for a 4N/5D stay. Hotel lobby was a little crowded with arriving guests yet hotel staff were quick to attend to us immediately with their welcoming smile. Gave us a room away from elevator as we requested. Hotel room was spacious and very clean with a good size TV, a refrigerator and coffee maker. But the bathroom is a bit too crowded for 2 persons using at the same time. Bathroom fixtures are new and spotlessly clean. We like their beds with firm mattresses which are so comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast buffet offers a variety of Filipino and American food. Hotel also serve lunch and dinner buffet for additional price. Dinner is best with all variety of good and delicious food from the main course to all kinds of dessert. All hotel staff were friendly, respectful and very accommodating. I gave this hotel a 4 star.

The breakfast has a variety of food to choose from however the adjacent rooms noise can be easily heard from my room. The rooms are big enough and the bed are nice to sleep on. Likewise, there are instances that neighboring establishment has karaoke and the singing especially in the evenings could be heard from my fourth floor room. Or some guests are not considerate enough in lowering their voices when discussing among themselves on their way to the elevator. The towels needed to be replaced with newer ones. The staff are very accommodating.

Usually prefer to stay here during my business trips to cebu. Very close to Ayala center. Easy to get taxis. Helpful staffs.

It was a short stay. I like the mirrors in each cubicle of their comfort rooms as you get to see yourself without others looking at you. Staff performed as expected, facility is clean and nice.
