This hotel is not expensive, but clean and quiet. For long stay you can save money. The Shower room is very clean too. The people and receptions are very friendly. We were often here because we must did few things around this area. It is not far from Gaisano Country Mall where you have a lot of good restaurants there like 'A Taste in Mandarine', 'Lighthouse' etc. I sometimes don't understand why people complained because there must bring their own toothbrush? What these people expect for hotels around 30 Euro in Cebu?

Big clean rooms. Great staff, awesome inter net with six routers on my floor alone, but do bear in mind the RP ranks 73 out of 77 in Internet 'speed' so maybe the Prez should start shooting the phone duopoly bosses instead! The free Breakfast is adequate, nothing amazing, but you can fill up as it's self serve. Shower hot and very powerful. Fridge, but no kettle/coffee in room. My room safe was locked up on arrival and not bolted down anyway, so I just locked my stuff in my hard shell bag. Aircon is old school and noisy as anything, but the windows open fully, and nights are cool in northern winter months. A lot of upmarket eateries and wine shops in various malls less than a kilometer in all directions, Google them, three laundromats a stones throw away on the main drag.

I liked how simple this hotel is. It's very clean, the staffs are very friendly, the front desk is accomodating. I was given complimentary breakfast (buffet). However, the location itself was not not easy to find. They also lack some amenities. But overall, my stay was pretty great.

The location of the hotel for me is perfect. Perfect for those travelers who wants to stay away from the busy areas of the city and to get away from noises. The view from my room is wonderful. You can take s glimpse and refresh to the city lights during night time and the beautiful sunrise in dawn.
