It's right behind the ABC Hotel, but hard to find as the signage sux. But look for a big green house (casa Verde) hidden in an overgrown garden. With a huge carpark. Again, rave reviews from locals, but the average traveller will find it just so-so to downright quirky. You can eat the watermelon salad as a desert. It's not bad, if a bit skimpy on watermelon, go figure. It is however streets ahead of any of the rubbish they sell for the same price in the ABC hotel building, and worth a visit, just expect a little menu weirdness... You'll see!

The place is more like of a private house turned into a restaurant. The food is great. Just that when we get there, we were greeted with garbages in front of their gate. Super foul smell. I hope it's just for one time.
We ordered John's Mix, and I don't like it (sorry). But the tapa with egg is really flavorful! We'll definitely drop by next time to try their famous ribs.

I think is the 'first' Casa Verde in Cebu. The place looks more like a private house, a hidden place. The food is good, the price is very reasonable. People will know mostly from their ribs. Local recommend us to try the food there. We were often in Casa Verde when we visit Cebu.

Value for money. Don't skip the ribs and the potatoe soup. Would certainly go back!

The place was packed for dinner. We sat in the garden which was nice but can get a little hot. Food was very good and huge servings. Food takes at least 20 min to cook. So don't come hungry like us. We were starving and ate all our food in a matter of 10 minutes!
