Most of the nurses are rude! they will keep you waiting for like 5 hours then they will let you go back the other day then when you came back they will say that the doctor isn't there like what the??! very disappointing

The facilities' good ( I said good, not great, that means it's ok ); parking lots, the rooms, etc...I just want to share this experience.
My sister was rushed to the emergency room because of her asthma. When they got there nobody assist them, so they waited, then another patient came in, this time a nurse approached the other patient. Tried to dismiss any negative thoughts, my aunt and my sister patiently waited to be noticed. My sister suddenly needed to go to the restroom, there she fainted ( she has asthma, that means she cannot breath), that's when my aunt started to get mad and yelled at evryone in the emergency room, and that was the only time somebody assist them. Same thing happened to my friend. That was years ago, and I thought that the reason might be that my sister, my aunt, and my friends was not wearing anything presentable during those time incidents.
We live nearby this hospital, yet we still go to other hospitals because of this incidents in the past. I really thought things have chaged.

Nice college to study medicine especially for foreign students. One of the best in Philippines. Has good faculty and buildings. Medical centre looks like little old but the college of medicine has latest technologies. Has nearby restaurants.

Wrong diagnosis was given to my friend with lump on her breast. According to the doctor in De La Salle, the fine needle aspiration biopsy result was that the lump was malignant. But when my friend seek second opinion from doctors in Singapore, the doctor said that the lump isn't cancer at all. Your doctor's wrong diagnosis resulted to depression of my friend. Good thing she asked for another opinion. The doctor from Changi General Hospital said that fine needle aspiration biopsy is not a definitive test for cancer. Tell your doctors to be accurate in their diagnosis as it can cause emotional problem to people with health concerns.
