Max's has been my favorite since moving to the Philippines but this location is absolutely the worst! I ordered a beer and was told no stock. Really a restaurant without beer? I wanted Lumpia and was told that was also out of stock. I should have left but my wife and child were hungry. I settled for the fish fillet DINNER. When it arrived , it was the fish fillet rice bowl(not what I ordered) For dessert we ordered banana a la mode. Choice of either caramel or chocolate sauce. Sorry no chocolate sauce either. We asked the waiter to wrap up our leftovers to take home. Instead of keeping them separate he put everything into a clear plastic bag. Just what I want to carry around the mall. Had to beg for a paper bag. When the bill arrived I was charged for the more expensive dinner and not the rice bowl.I don't understand how a restaurant could be out of so many menu items. There is a supermarket that sells these items one floor below. The waiter was also inattentive. Had to track him down to order dessert. The staff here needs to be retrained to satisfy the customer needs. I HOPE THE OWNER SEES THIS! Never going to eat at any Max's again. I will stick with TGIF at Abreeza.
