This place is a joke for nearly $50/night. Occupying a prime location on the waterfront and close to plenty of hotspots for food and drinks (plus, a short walk to the port), the price-to-value ratio just doesn't match up.
The "deluxe" room for 2,350 PHP ($47) is tiny and the bathroom is just a joke... Seriously, I want to meet the person who designed it, saw the end product and said: "Yeah, this seems good." You have to carefully plan and perform acrobatic acts if you want to close/open the bathroom door. And the water pipe is so close to the sink bowl that washing your hands is an exercise in patience and frustration.
Redeeming features: Location & decent wifi (not necessarily in all rooms).

I checked in for this deluxe room for 2600 peso room and it's old and broken and noise. I asked for refund at last and found dumaguete royal suit inn is much better for cheaper price.

The bathroom needs better cleaning and the fixtures and furniture in the room needs fixing.Some of the staffs specially front desk were very helpful Nadine in particular.
