I stayed here with my dad when I was enrolling in IDC. Very cheap place. We got 1 room with 2 separate beds at 799 pesos/night. Ac was very cool and their beds are comfy. Mirrors are a bit old, but the restroom is clean. Pillows are okay but you get only one each, you could request another one for 20pesos/each (better request for it early at the front desk because every time we did, we got it for like after 2-3 hours). Food is good, room service is okay. Staffs are polite. It was near SM Delgado (you could ride a taxi outside but I recommend the tricycles which are cheaper than a taxi, 10 pesos/head) and 1 jeepney ride to Robinsons Place Mall, University of Iloilo, Iloilo Doctors Hospital and College, SM City (ride the SM City jeep going to the right direction).

Great place to stay, great rates, staff fantastic, restaurant prices very realistic & good food.
I will stay there again, when next in Iloilo.

Very low room rates but pretty decent nevertheless. If you're looking for a clean and safe place to stay in, then this is it.
