Madison Hotel is my preferred hotel in Iloilo City. It is strategically located, has clean and comfortable rooms. Their bath and CR are clean and has hot and cold shower. Complimentary toiletries are available. Rooms has wifi connection, service water (upon request) and water heater. The hotel has a cafe so there is no need to go out if you are hungry and you do not want to leave your room. You can ask the cafw staff to deliver the food to your room but for a minimal service charge. The room is well-lit. The pillows and bed are comfy but too soft, just firm enough to give you a pleasant time in the bed. The staff are very respectful and easily attends to the needs of the guests.
