My experience on Crown Regency Suites- Mactan is relaxing and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is fine. Though there's a bit difference when hotel staff entertains their guest (foreigners and locals).

Old but very nice, stayed in a villa and a family suite. For their family suites, it is very ok but old fashioned, the whole room is styled like a condominium room. Villas are real houses, serviced houses, they offer a garage if you have a car, everything needed for a house is there, garden is not much maintained and so is the patio. I consider the food delicious but yet it had always took 1 hour to deliver the food, other housekeeping services often take long too. They have a fitness centre, a swimming pool and a discount store. If you do not want to eat there, go outside is a seafood restaurant across the street. outlet stores from big time retailers like nike and adidas, a hypermarket and restaurants are at a walkable distance. Breakfast buffet is also good. Would wanna recommend this place to stay, comfortable with reasonable rates.

Livable. Clean. Old weathered interior. I could see the potential it had once upon a time. It would have been top of the range accommodation. But for now, in need of refurbishment. Breakfast buffet was 80% empty when we went down for breakfast at 9.30am. There was a lot of staff (12 I think for an area that probably only seated 30) just standing around in little groups just staring .. a little awkward and odd. None of them looked like they were going to replenish the empty buffet tho.

Reasonable price, good service, nice ambiance, yet they only have 2 elevators and most of the time there staff uses it, i would suggest that it would be nice to make there guest a priority of there hotel and let them use first the guest the elevator first , i mean you know not to be rude yet the first couple days we were there it was awesome. Yet the next time we stayed most of the there elevator is occupied with soo many staff going up and it is just a small elevator. Hope this would help to enhance there service. Thanks.
