Hotel Soriente

Honestly id like to give 3 stars but i cant. Hotel Soriente charged me around 300php for just using the phone for a couple min for a local call in Manila. I have never ever been charged anything for using a telephone in a hotel room for local calls. I have stayed in around 20 hotels around Philippines never once did i experience this. There was no warning from the hotel staff or anyone. I asked the front desk lady to let me speak to owner or manager about this nonsense she said they dont like to speak to customers. Welcome to Philippines right? Where customer service is non existent.

Very good very clean very helpfull staff. Near to eating possibilities & nearby Robinsons place Mall and Rizal Park...WIFI-Signal could be stronger

Good location if you are applying for visa for US Canada or new Zealand. Though they dont have room service for food, there arw places to eat around the area

Stayed twice in this here since it was really close to St. Lukes. Room was spacious, but not quite clean. There were cockroaches when I opened their mini fridge, and in the bathroom as well. When compared to the hotel next to it, theirs were really unclean. Wifi only at the libby, and staff werent quite friendly. Wont stay there again as there is a better option.

Location is perfect from where I needed to be that day. I appreciate the staff taking the initiative to invite my elderly parents in (while I was at St.Luke's clinic for my medical exam) for early check in without charging us for extra fee. I got the cark park space that I need too. It's a basic and clean hotel. Just right for the price and what I need that day. I am happy.
