Been staying here on and off over the last couple years. No improvment, needs a serious make over. Stayed 3 nights. I knew what i was getting. Some of the staff are very courteous, the manger can be obnoxious.Grumpy about his gout.
7 -11 less than 50 m, Jollie Bee is no longer 24hrs,(7 am to 9pm)
Be mindful, not the safest neighbourhood.
The hotel is on a side road so it is not so noisy.Most rooms have balconies. Lights are too dim in the night.
On Sundays lots of antique cars at the Ermita Shrine.
One of the few hotels that do not ask for a PHP 3000 deposit !

poor communication, did not respond to email there are other cheap and clean hotels nearby

We forgot one of our bags at the Hotel. we arrived at the airport and just realized we left it. The hotel staff had our phone number but never even bothered to notify us that we left it behind. I guess they were planning on keeping it for themselves. Also the hotel is mostly empty for a reason. Very creepy vibes. Most of the guys that work there are very creep do not stay here. No Landline in the rooms by the way. Just get a decent Hotel room elsewhere or go to Hotel SoGO instead.
