Staff are friendly ..very accomodating!!. Courteous.. hot water was a problem during our stay but the staff made sure we were provided it.. near our office too.. easily accesible..a family place

Walking distance from US Embassy this place is in the center of Manila you can hike wherever you go without riding

Booked room with 2 queen beds. 25 Apr 16 check-in told us max capacity 2 persons. Yet room had towels, pillows, water for more than 2. Oh, but if we paid Php500 for each teen girl (2), the room is now available for 4 persons!
Counter staff 'plastic' smiles, argumentative.
No coffee water heating appliance in room. Long wait for housekeeping to bring hot water in thermos jug.
Security stopped our departure while staff inspected room. Further delayed our waiting taxi to demand payment for few bottles water drank from bar fridge! (Over-size fridge protruded into room space)
To top all this, staff said we had 1 of their towels. We'd want a towel as a memory for this unsatisfactory stay?! Of our numerous similar Manila hotel stays this was the worst!
