Kc po up to now wla pa rin ung reimbursement nmin ayusin nyo po ung mga philhealth office nyo sa ospital.. lalo na po dto sa mandaluyong...

By the help of mr. Adonis bacani and jeffry zarcilla, philhealth dagupan branch main my big thanks for fast action/concern yo a member like me, But kindly for better service to your member make your employee informed and be attentive to help,last march 5, 2016 we are in nazareth general hospital dagupan, the person philhealth representaive duty there name " sarah" does not give informative concern to a member like me and my partner/wife. We coordinate already at their main office but this person does not care regards to what im asking. If this kind of person will serve at your office really a bad image to your department. Hope what happen to us will not happen again to others in this situation/hospital.
