CrossFit Greenhills is my home-box for almost 3 years now. It's very clean, organize and healthy environment. You have all the equipment you need in order to achieve fitness and you have all the people you need to achieve wellness. I only rated it 4 stars because I know there's always room for improvement and this box will certainly grow even more than just a venue for fitness.

Great box because of the awesome coaches and community. I started a year ago and now I'm addicted. The coaches are also very helpful in working with you to address your fitness strengths, weaknesses and helping you reach your fitness goals.

Last January 2015, I made it my New Year's Resolution to work out regularly and more effectively. Prior to CFGH, I never subscribed to any gym memberships - the thought of spending several hours at a gym working out alone really turned me off! The classes offered at CFGH are only about an hour long, but you already get a full workout. The WOD varies from day-to-day, so in a week, you get to do different movements and work on different skills. :)

The best part about CFGH though is the community. Working out never feels like a chore when you're surrounded by happy, supportive, and productive people. :)

Great box! Great coaches! Great community! Coaches definitely know what they're doing. They will take the time to make sure you're doing all the work outs correctly with the right form to avoid injuries. They work with you hand-in-hand to make sure you achieve your goals whether it be weight loss, mass gaining, better fitness, or athletic performance!

i came here to get fit and try out a new exercise, but i ended up with a lot more than that. The community is very welcoming and friendly and the coaches get to know you personally.
