Hipster laid back ambience, cafe serving vegan food, 2 studios and colorful lockers too. I love the HIIT Pilates class every Monday and Wednesday with Asha, it works me up and is also still feminine.

Life yoga has a really refreshing atmosphere! The environment really helps me forget about all the work and stress and lets me focus on my practice!

Its probably the best place to practice yoga! The location is accessible and most of the classes are beginner-friendly. The studio itself has a hip vibe and they even have a cafe right beside it that offers affordable and healthy meals. The best part for me is the view of the studio since it overlooks the golf course in BGC. I don't think there's any yoga studio with a greater view! Coming to LiFE is definitely a great experience!

Really good vibes in this Yoga Studio. They have free wifi and a café with healthy food, green smoothies and coffee as well, so you can just post up in here before or after your class with a laptop and do some work or just chill. They have really fun and bright wall art and play cool music while you practice, so they have a more relaxed and fun vibe compared to other studios. The location is also just great since there's a grocery downstairs and lots of restaurants and bars, so you can easily meet up with friends in the area after your yoga sesh.
