I don't see the appeal of this place. it's old. the fake stuff are priced almost like the authentic ones. attracts all sort of vermin.

A nice change from going to Green hills, not too busy that you can't even look at something. A nice amount of shops to look at, everything from clothing, electronic and my personal favorite hobby items like remote control cars and figurines.

Bargains abound. You can score great deals on apparel and electronics. The flea market area has a multitude of knock-offs, from designer handbags to luxury watches. Tourists beware, if you do not speak Tagalog you will be quoted tourist prices. Haggle, haggle, and haggle! Offer 30% of their asking price and work your way up to the price you are comfortable with. If they (pretend to) look offended, walk away. Other stalls will be selling the exact same stuff you want/need. If they grab you and try to renegotiate, do not budge and stick with your offered price. Best to bring a Filipino friend.
