Standard fare shopping centre near UST, Samapaloc Manila. Lots of affordable restos and good place to shop. It gets crazy on "sale days" so be prepared to park on the higher levels.

Easily accessible by jeeps, or if you're going by LrT get off at tayuman station.

Always crowded. The mall offers varieties of RTWs, bags, shoes, spa/beauty clinics, food restaurant, banking services and a lot more. Very accessible with different kinds of public and private vehicles. Clean outside. 😃

This branch of sm is a 5-7minute drive from home so it's convenient. And I can find everything that my family needs here. From food, to school supplies to our dog's needs, it's all here.

This SM really got it all for you. From simple things to high end trends, coffee to food to must see nearby establishments. And its mostly crowded, specially on SALE days. Overall, this one is perfectly convenient.
