A small cozy mall. Has a grocery store, gadget shops, and restaurants.
Does not have a full department store. But you can buy clothes and shoes at some shops.
Not crowded.

Very small mall, not good for shopping. Place is good for grocery only. A lot of restaurants. Very accessible from EDSA.

I haven't roamed the entire place so I can't provide a concrete opinion, but it's a small place. Small, but definitely cozy. There were interesting shops and had a lot less people than most malls around.

There's a grocery, nice restaurants, and coffee shops at the ground floor of this medium rise condo. And it's accessible to a lot of other places. So I like it. Disclaimer: I don't live here.
