Love yoga+ environment. Best studio compared to others I've tried. For beginners like me it's very welcoming and teachers make you feel that it's ok if you can't do all the poses and help you be more aware of what your body is telling you.

At first, I thought it would be as easy as they look like on television and posters. My colleagues invited me, and my first experience was a Hot Yoga session. Before going to the room, we have an orientation and was taught on how "to survive" through proper breathing excercise. 90 minutes we stayed inside, and the instructor was right, I felt like giving up and going out of the room. But seeing how others are persevering, help me to continue. And thankful I did, my sore muscles were relieved, I was distressed and I had great sleeps the following nights. Enjoyed taking a bath after sweating. Can't wait for our 2 weeks class. :D

a nice Yoga studio with wide opening hours. Some of the rooms are noisy and (too) hot.
