Red box Greenbelt needs a lot of renovation and upgrades. Microphones are defective-mic sound bad, definitely not the voice, room thermostat does not work, top picks are not updated and new hits are not on their list of songs and artists. This needs an update big time! We were told that they ran out of mint on consumable drink like the mojito which leaves you with few options. Restrooms need improvements and cleanliness. For the price you're paying, customer should deserve better! Red box management be advised!
