Room is dark and filthy. We got a room with a window but it is facing a wall. Why put a window in the first place? You need to pay 50 pesos for a room service! The shower curtain is so slimy you'd know it's really dirty. You cannot open the shower without the faucet running too. Did not bother to replace or even refill shampoo and conditioner dispenser. It smell weird anyway so we didn't use. The complimentary toiletries seriously need to be updated. It feels like they still got plenty of stocks from 5 years ago.

This hotel may be hard to locate by taxi drivers (thanks to mobile data and Google map, we were able to find it without hassle). I accidentally booked 2 rooms instead of just 1in this hotel through booking. Com and could not be canceled,so we ended having to pay for 2 rooms. S. Moreover, We were placed in a room where wifi and phone signals could not be accessed even though there was a free wifi available. Finally, we waited for a taxi for more than 30 minutes before giving up and just walked to our destination (trident Tower).
It's a good thing that the staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The breakfast was good too.

Awesome place for a staycation within the Metro. Can improve for additional items for sale to compensate for the far convenience store and restos

Hotel was good with friendly staff. Hot water didn't work in our room and maintenance had left for the day. Thin walls so you could hear people in other rooms. View through the window was of another wall. Not bad value for the money and have a nice restaurant which is open air and good breakfast.
