[] Lots of false ads.
[] They sell their free front-building parking to the establishments who set up shop on the front so that those who live there and are concerned with their vehicles will be forced to pay for their very expensive monthly garage. It says "For customer of x establishment only" but no customers park there anyway, it's just the owner of the store and their relatives who park there!!
[] Poor choice of fix-ins like faucets and toilets, and not even a built-in bidet. The faucet for the bathroom is the one you see in public bathrooms that break easily.
[] No elevators.
[]Bad management: The management posts names of those who pay late no matter what reason to shame them. But when you inquire for a concern for yourself, they barely followup on it. Asking them for repairs of a particular in the unit would take a long time cause they do it in batches.
[/] The area would've been nice if it weren't for all the said negatives. The guards are also courteous and do their jobs well.
