Get's a little bit too crowdy, especially on weekends. There are transport terminals beside the mall so commuting to and from the place is quite easy.

SM Fairview is nice, but, I want the janitors to make the restrooms more clean like Fairview Terraces. There are a lot of beautiful things here but, I think they can still improve it.

I like this mall. All of the ‘SM Super Mall’ locations throughout Metro Manila are nice inside, especially when compared to the heat, noise, uncleanliness and general chaos outside. Philippine life, at least in Metro Manila, centers around these mega shopping malls. School spelling bees and all manner of other community events, like celebrations for United Nations Day, take place at the mall. Government offices, dermatologists, dentists, etc are in these malls. I go for the air conditioning and the chill atmosphere at coffee shops patronized by university students.

I usually hang around here since my house is near. If you've got any problems, there are always guards hanging around whether to report something or just something to ask. BTW, Happy Lemon just appeared at sm fairview 😊

The place has many restaurants, stores, services, etc., to choose from, as usually is expected from a mall by SM.
However, many people can be there especially during weekends, so the probability of theft, the comfort rooms being messy, terrorist attacks, and longer lines at the cashiers is higher. There are no x-rays at the entrance; the guards tend to just poke the inside of an entrant's bag in order to achieve a somewhat semblance of inspecting.
Management is yet to provide an overpass at the Regalado Avenue entrance, so one still has to precariously cross the wide avenue without a traffic aide even.
