Nice for quick shopping. Fewer stores/boutiques, but not that bad since it's the only mall within a few kilometers

The best neighborhood mall. The supermarket got you covered on your needs. Department store got the essentials, though lacking for more choices. Mall shops are great. From spas, barbershops, dentists, garments, gadgets and more. There are cinemas too, much affordable than nearest SM Fairview and North EDSA.

Nothing much to see here really.... But we do come here to when there are things we need to get ina jiffy because it's the closest mall to our house. We also do come here sometimes to watch movies, tickets to which are sold out at other cinemas. It's quite easy to get a movie seat here. We have yet to see the cinemas here full packed. It's quite easy too to get parking here and it's also free.

Medium sized mall without any glitter hi-so shops, very functional for shopping and eating, not for window shopping. Great kids area on ground floor, very well equipped and inexpensive. Large supermarket and assorted electronics stores etc., ample parking, good for a visit if you're living nearby. Traffic condition time paradoxes apply, so 5 km away can mean 45 min ride. Manila, eh.
