SM City San Mateo is a very well maintained mall that has all the basic services an SM Mall usually offers-- grocery, cinema, well stocked department store etc-- as well as shops and restaurants with mid-upper class patrons as its target market. not to be limited by its geographic location-- this mall is technically a provincial mall given it sits on the border between Quezon City and San Mateo, Rizal, it's clear that it wants to serve the obvious lack of a mid-upscale mall that local patrons and foreigners living nearby have been looking for for decades.

Big shopping centre with big choice of brands. Prices are ok for Philippines but fairly expensive comparing to Europe

Typical SM mall complete with paid parking and signature merchandise but lacking small stalls (tiangge). Limited goods specially in hobby interests and outdoors sports accessories. No benches for senior citizens and PWDs. No buskers too.

It's a small SM compare to the big ones you see all throughout the metro. It's still nice for those who definately lives nearby
